Brainstorming the event

Before proceeding we believe in sitting with the client and our creative team to brainstorm on the event which we are planning.

Brainstorming includes sharing of thoughts and ideas towards an event that how can we proceed in different ways and writing it down on a paper for a rough layout mind map.

Gathering required information

Once brainstorming has been done with the team the text step comes is to gather required information from the clients like what are the capacity of people visiting the event.

Also understanding if there any particular taste or requirement from the client whose event is been organized.

In this phase we used to create a blueprint of the event including all the required information like gathering of event, theme of the event, entertainment of the event and budget of the client.

Visiting the site

Visiting the particular events site helps us to get a raw idea about the possibilities which we can play with our designing

i.e. ideas like space provided, ceiling height, material to be used, temperature of the place, wind clusters and all other physical properties which can help us is event designing by keeping in mind.

Taking Proper Measurements

at the time of visiting the site before the event we used to take measurements of the places where we are planning to put in main stage, entertainment stage, buffet, bar area And all others elements so that designing can be done accordingly without having a doubt of putting elements perfectly.

Designing different elements

Once all the measurement, blue print and information has been gathered by our team, then our creative team start building the event designs keeping all the elements in the mind by exploring real possibilities blended with the creativities.

Deciding the material to be used

One of the major factor in event designing is deciding the material which can be used in creating the elements i.e. elements which we can put in physically during the event. keeping the wind, temperature space and other geographical elements in the mind.

As material’s should be unique and cost efficient both at the same time to get the best out of the designs possible.

Placing of elements

All the hard work of event designing came to a point where we have to place our designer elements on the event place.

By keeping the ambience and physical properties safe in mind. And thus creating a beautiful memory for the client to remember forever.
